What we collect

The details you give us: your name, email, business and website, your handoff and hosting choices, and anything you add to your Studio Brief, including files and voice notes. Stripe collects your payment details; we never see your full card or bank number.

When you confirm a purchase is final sale, we record the date, the wording you agreed to, your IP address and your browser. We keep this only as a record of your purchase.

How we use it

To deliver your project, contact you about it, and keep accurate payment and support records. Studio Brief files are stored privately and are only visible to the Neon team. We send Field Notes only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

Who we share it with

The services that run our business: Stripe for payments, our database and file storage provider, our CRM for project email, and our team messaging tool. If a payment is disputed, we share relevant purchase records with Stripe and your bank. We don’t sell your information.

Ask us to see, correct or delete your information through our contact page. We may keep payment and consent records where we need them for accounting or to resolve a dispute. See our terms.
